CSSI NON-PROFIT EDUCATIONAL BROADCASTING CORP. has applied for a Silent STA for FM translator K277BU/MINERAL WELLS, TX due to interference with co-channel ESPN Sports KESN (ESPN DALLAS-FT. WORTH 103.3FM)/ALLEN-DALLAS, TX.  The translator plans to change frequencies to resolve the problem.
