KHKS Holds 9/11 Tribute

Remembering 9/11

CCM+E Top 40 KHKS (106.1 KISS FM)/DALLAS is hosting a 9/11 Tribute, an evening candle lighting vigil with an open invitation to the surrounding area. The event will be located at the 9/11 Flight Crew Memorial in GRAPEVINE and will take place between 7–8:30p.

Together with the U.S. WOUNDED SOLDIERS FOUNDATION, an organization dedicated to supporting and providing for the needs of our combat veterans deployed in IRAQ and AFGHANISTAN, KISS FM will remember and pay tribute by lighting a candle for each individual who lost his or her life.

"9/11 is a date that we all hold dear and reminds us of our country's strength,” said PD PATRICK DAVIS. "I wouldn't expect anything less from the great residents of DFW to help honor the fallen in the attacks 11 years ago."
