Clark Howard, Dennis Miller Join AM 860/Portland's Lineup

Changes

PAMPLIN Talk KPAM-A (AM 860)/PORTLAND has added DIAL GLOBAL's CLARK HOWARD for 10a-NOON live and 9p-MIDNIGHT on tape, and has also added DIAL GLOBAL's DENNIS MILLER for 6-9p.  MILLER has been airing on sister Talk KKOV-A (TALK 1550), and replaces RON CALLAN's "NORTHWEST SPORTS TONIGHT" on 860.
