Fitz Adds Wakeup Duties For KWJJ

ENTERCOM Country KWJJ (95-5 THE WOLF)/PORTLAND, OR has tapped morning veteran FITZ for mornings. The “FITZ IN THE MORNING,” show also airs on ENTERCOM sister station KKWF/SEATTLE. FITZ and his morning partners TONY, ELLEN TAILOR and RANDY THE PRODUCER, started on KWJJ MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 10th.

“The FITZ show has done great things in SEATTLE on KKWF over the last six years, and I am excited to watch it explode in PORTLAND,” said KWJJ PD and ENTERCOM Dir./Programming MIKE MOORE. “ 99-5 THE WOLF’S’’ audience is already somewhat familiar with FITZ because we have been airing his nationally syndicated countdown show, ‘POWERED BY COUNTRY,’ for a little over a year.”

VP/Market Manager TIM McNAMARA said, “We are bringing the premier Country music morning show to PORTLAND and I couldn’t be more excited. I can’t wait to launch this show!”
