ALPHA BROADCASTING Country KUPL/PORTLAND, OR Dir./Programming SCOTT MAHALICK tells ALL ACCESS that afternoon personality TIC TAK will be moving to nights, switching shifts with night rocker B-DUB, who goes to afternoons. The switch takes effect TODAY (9/12).
