LBT's Kimberly Schlapman To Debut Cooking show on GAC

CAPITOL NASHVILLE’s LITTLE BIG TOWN group member KIMBERLY SCHLAPMAN will make a childhood dream come true this SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 22nd. “KIMBERLY’s SIMPLY SOUTHERN,” a cooking series, will premiere on GREAT AMERICAN COUNTRY (GAC) at 1p (ET). “I’m not a professional chef but when I was a kid, I would stand at the counter and pretend I was a cooking show host,” said SCHLAPMAN. 

The 13-episode series will contain recipes inspired by her travels on the road with LITTLE BIG TOWN. When on tour, she enjoys discovering local cuisine from the various towns that she visits. “KIMBERLY’s SIMPLY SOUTHERN” will essentially maintain that same premise and format, with SCHLAPMAN visiting a different town in each episode. Artists such as LBT’s KAREN FAIRCHILD, LAUREN ALAINA, HOLLY WILLIAMS, LAURA BELL BUNDY will also make appearances throughout the series.
