AR BROADCASTING HOLDINGS, INC. is transferring two CUMULUS spinoffs, Top 40 KCHZ (95.7 THE VIBE)/OTTAWA, KS-KANSAS CITY and Urban AC KMJK (MAGIC 107.3)/NORTH KANSAS CITY, MO-KANSAS CITY, back to CUMULUS for $16.75 million. AR is a company, headed by broker and operator LARRY PATRICK with creditors holding minority interests, created to hold and ultimately sell four CUMULUS spinoffs (two in KANSAS CITY, two in HOUSTON) necessitated by the company's deal to buy CITADEL; the stations were recently sent through a prepackaged Chapter 11 bankruptcy that cleared out some of the stations' debt. CUMULUS continued to operate the stations.
