Entravision Inks COO Jeffery Liberman To New Deal

ENTRAVISION COMMUNICATIONS has notified the SEC in a filing FRIDAY (9/28) that it has inked a new employment agreement with COO JEFFERY A. LIBERMAN.  The new deal, effective SEPTEMBER 1st and running through DECEMBER 31st, 2015, supplanted his previous deal, which started JANUARY 1st, 2012.

LIBERMAN's new deal pays him a base of  $400,000 per year (adjustable by the board) with a discretionary annual bonus of up to 50% of his then-current base salary and equity incentive grants.
