You can now crown LADY GAGA is the new queen of TWITTER, who TODAY became the first person to garner 30 million followers on TWITTER -- and she's still averaging at 30,000 new followers a day, reports DIGITALSPY.COM.

Following GAGA on the "Most TWITTER Followers" list is JUSTIN BIEBER with 28.5 million followers, KATY PERRY at 27.7 million followers and BRITNEY SPEARS with 20.8 million followers.

In fact, seven of the Top-10 most-followed TWITTER accounts are pop stars. The only ones who aren't:
BARACK OBAMA, YOUTUBE and KIM KARDASHIAN.
