  FLINN BROADCASTING Top 40/Mainstream WHBQ (Q-1075)/MEMPHIS morning host CJ LUSK, along with co-hosts ALEXIS GRACE, LIZ and TY HAWKINS made a young girl's dream come true by getting her JUSTIN BIEBER concert tickets.
  Memphis native JESSICA MILLER's little girl JAYDA, who has been plagued with health problems, wanted to see the BIEBER concert on NOV. 1st. So she made a video about her daughter, which eventually made its way to The Q Morning Show -- which did the trick.
  FOX 13 MEMPHIS documented the entire thing on the evening news.
