Cumulus-Citadel Deal Spin-off WTPA/Harrisburg Sold

CUMULUS-CITADEL spinoff trust POTENTIAL BROADCASTING, LLC has sold Rock WTPA/PALMYRA-HARRISBURG, PA to PATRICK H. SICKAFUS for $530,000.  SICKAFUS owns Classic Country daytimer WWSM-A/ANNVILLE-CLEONA, PA.

In other filings with the FCC, FAMILY LIFE BROADCASTING, INC. is selling KTRG/HOOKS-TEXARKANA, TX to FREED AM CORP. for $140,000.

CHAPARRAL BROADCASTING, INC. is selling Triple A KLZY (MAUI FM 102NINE)/PAIA, HI to VIC MICHAEL's KONA COAST RADIO, LLC for $175,000.

The price for the sale by CRAIN MEDIA of AC KOLL (FM 106.3 THE RIVER)/LONOKE, AR-LITTLE ROCK  to VEGA BROADCASTING's LA ZETA 95.7 INC. is $1.5 million, the contract attached to the sale's FCC paperwork discloses.  The deal's price was undisclosed when initially announced.  The station is being programmed by VEGA under an LMA as Regional Mexican LA ZETA 106.3 starting SEPTEMBER 1st.

Also disclosed from a contract filed with the FCC paperwork is the price for HUBBARD BROADCASTING's sale of Country WIXK-A (REAL COUNTRY 1590)/NEW RICHMOND, WI to ZOE COMMUNICATIONS, which sold for $10,000.  ZOE owns Country WDMO (THUNDER COUNTRY 95.7)/BALDWIN-EAU CLAIRE, WI and took over WIXK on AUGUST 13th under an LMA.

BETHESDA CHRISTIAN BROADCASTING is selling FM translator K289AI/RAPID CITY, SD to HAUGO BROADCASTING, INC. for $25,000.  The translator will simulcast the buyer's Sports KTOQ-A (K-TALK AM 1340)/RAPID CITY.

REACH COMMUNICATIONS, INC. is selling FM translators W243AR/LEHIGH ACRES, FL and W243BM/SUNCOAST ESTATES, FL to BEASLEY's WRXK LICENSE LP for $30,000.  The deal, in which the buyer says it will air the signal of Talk WRXK (96 K-ROCK)/FORT MYERS' HD-2 signal relaying Sports WWCN-A (770 ESPN RADIO)/FORT MYERS-NAPLES, follows yesterday's news that the Sports format will also be heard on FM translators W251AL/FORT MYERS, W268AH/BONITA SPRINGS, and W286AK/NAPLES.

REACH COMMUNICATIONS, INC. is also selling W205CD/ST. AUGUSTINE, FL to GLK CONSULTANTS LLC D/B/A WSOS RADIO for $30,000.  The translator will rebroadcast presently silent WSOS-A/ST. AUGUSTINE BEACH, FL.

Also, REACH COMMUNICATIONS, INC. is selling W294AN/FORT MYERS BEACH, FL to J&B WMYR, LLC for $45,000.  The station will rebroadcast Timeless Cool WMYR-A/FORT MYERS.

BARAGA BROADCASTING, INC. is selling FM translator W264CF/ST. IGNACE, MI to NORTHERN STAR BROADCASTING, L.L.C. for $1.  The translator will rebroadcast Classic Country WCBY-A/CHEBOYGAN, MI.

CHRISTIAN HERITAGE BROADCASTING, INC. is selling FM translator K251BH/SIOUX FALLS, SD to MIDWEST COMMUNICATIONS, INC. for $45,000.  The translator will rebroadcast Sports KWSN-A/SIOUX FALLS.

And CALVARY CHAPEL OF THE FINGER LAKES, INC.has closed on the sale of FM translator W275BB/CHEEKTOWAGA, NY to CULVER COMMUNICATIONS CORP. for $90,000.  The translator rebroadcasts the buyer's AC WECK-A (THE BREEZE)/CHEEKTOWAGA-BUFFALO.
