WHNZ/Tampa Adds Fox Sports Radio

CLEAR CHANNEL Talk WHNZ-A (IMPACT RADIO)/TAMPA-ST. PETERSBURG has added FOX SPORTS RADIO programming, starting with JT "THE BRICK" 1-5a (ET) and weekend shows.  The station will add "PETROS AND MONEY" and "FOX SPORTS TONIGHT" for evenings starting in 2013.

“We are excited to launch the powerful brand of FOX SPORTS RADIO on WHNZ in TAMPA BAY,” said PD STEVE VERSNICK.  “This adds star power to the station for us.”   FOX SPORTS RADIO was formerly heard on sister Sports WDAE-A (THE SPORTS ANIMAL) before that station's recent addition of ESPN RADIO for nights and overnights.
