Over the years, heritage Top 40 WAPE/JACKSONVILLE has had many accolades bestowed upon them.  Recently, the COX outlet picked up another honor when local publication FOLIO WEEKLY presented their annual BEST OF JAX winners, naming the BIG APE "Best Local Radio Station."

FOLIO WEEKLY credits the win to "more than just tunes," citing the BIG APE MORNING MESS as a key reason the station remains "endearing and enduring."
