As ALL ACCESS previously reported (NET NEWS 10/18) BROKEN BOW RECORDS (BBR) artist JASON ALDEAN will make history on JULY 13th, as the first-ever Country music artist to play at BOSTON’s FENWAY PARK.
After the announcement YESTERDAY (10/18), ALDEAN traveled to CHICAGO’s WRIGLEY FIELD to announce that he will also be performing at their famed stadium on JULY 20th. JASON then ended the day with a stop in ATHENS, GA to surprise a crowd of UNIVERSITY OF GEORGIA students with news that he will play the first-ever concert at SANFORD STADIUM on APRIL 13th. Being a GEORGIA native and BULLDOGS fan, after the announcement ALDEAN stayed to perform for the students.
"It takes a lot to make me nervous, but walking out of the dugout at FENWAY this morning to announce our show there definitely did it. It's the kind of moment you dream about your whole career, so I tried to take a minute to soak it up, but it's pretty overwhelming. It was an incredible day as we went on to WRIGLEY for that announcement and then finished it up tonight with a surprise performance for the fans at UNIVERSITY OF GEORGIA. It's a day that I'm never going to forget," said JASON.
JASON ALDEAN’s GEORGIA date will also feature JAKE OWEN, LUKE BRYAN and THOMAS RHETT. JAKE and THOMAS will continue onto the show at FENWAY PARK along with MIRANDA LAMBERT. In CHICAGO, JASON will be joined yet again with JAKE and THOMAS, plus MIRANDA LAMBERT.
