EDGEWATER BROADCASTING, INC. is selling FM translator K233BR/BROOKINGS, SD to AGNUS DEI COMMUNICATIONS, INC. LLC for $10,000.

CUMULUS LICENSING LLC has requested a Silent STA for KSTB/CRYSTAL BEACH, TX, which is once again silent after a brief low-power return.  KSTB went off the air after Hurricane IKE destroyed its transmitter; CUMULUS is seeking a suitable permanent site to rebuild the facility.

EDUCATIONAL MEDIA FOUNDATION has filed to extend its Silent STA for KSBC/NILE, WA while it awaits consummation of the sale of the station to TEMPLO PENTECOSTES MONTE DE SION.

CALVARY CHAPEL OF TWIN FALLS, INC. has applied for Silent STAs for FM translators K225AV/MIDLAND, TX and K273AW/GARDENDALE, TX due to interference issues.

MOUNTAIN AREA INFORMATION NETWORK has asked for a Silent STA for low-power FM WPVM-LP/ASHEVILLE, NC due to technical problems and while it awaits a construction permit for a new site.

And DALE GANSKE's TWIN PEAKS RADIO, LLC has closed on the sale of GANSKE's 51% of KPHD/ELKO, NV to 49% partner LISA KIRKMAN's KPHD RADIO, LLC for $35,000 ($5,000 of which is forgiveness of a promissory note).
