Taylor Swift Announces 'Red' Tour Dates And Cities

BIG MACHINE RECORDS artist TAYLOR SWIFT is launching a NORTH AMERICAN stadium and arena “THE RED TOUR” in the beginning of 2013. She most recently made the announcement and released tour dates on ABC-TV’s “ALL ACCESS NASHVILLE WITH KATIE COURIC- A SPECIAL EDITION OF 20/20.”
SWIFT will be headlining 58 shows in 45 cities in 29 states and 3 CANADIAN provinces through 2013, kicking off MARCH 13, 2013 in OMAHA, NEBRASKA and finishing up in NASHVILLE, TN in SEPTEMBER. BRITISH singer/songwriter ED SHEERAN, who had a duet and co-write on SWIFT’s song “Everything Has Changed” on her latest album, will be opening for her throughout the tour.
TAYLOR requested specifically that each show have tickets that are priced at under $50. The first set of tickets will go on sale on FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 16th as specified on www.taylorswift.com.
“I didn’t think I could be any more excited about my “Red” album, but then I start thinking about how I’m going to put the new show together for “THE RED TOUR,” said TAYLOR. “I have so many ideas about how to really bring this music to life, and I can’t wait to share the new show with all my fans!”
