WFPK And The Clifton Center Announce Free Winter Concerts

LOUISVILLE PUBLIC MEDIA Triple A WFPK/LOUISVILLE favorite summer concert series is moving inside for the winter.  The WFPK WATERFRONT WEDNESDAY concert series is being reinvented as WFPK WINTER WEDNESDAY in collaboration with the CLIFTON CENTER.

The WFPK WINTER WEDNESDAY concerts will take place once a month, NOVEMBER through FEBRUARY. The concerts will be free and open to the public.

This effort also continues WFPK’s long partnership with YUM! BRANDS FOUNDATION to raise food for DARE TO CARE.  Everyone in attendance is encouraged to bring canned goods and other non-perishable food items to be collected at the door.

The first concert will be on NOVEMBER 28th, featuring CORY CHISEL AND THE WANDERING SONS and VON GREY.
