As ALL ACCESS previously reported (NET NEWS 9/24), BROKEN BOW RECORDS artist JASON ALDEAN held his annual “CONCERT FOR THE CURE” event in DALLAS on SATURDAY (10/27).

In its 7th year, “CONCERT FOR THE CURE” benefits the local SUSAN G. KOMEN FOR THE CURE organization, in whichever city JASON decides to perform the show. This year, the DALLAS affiliate received $509,125 as a result of ALDEAN’s show.

JASON’s first “CONCERT FOR THE CURE” was held in 2006 in honor of his friend who passed away from breast cancer at the age of 29. Since then, JASON chooses a date each year in which he donates the evenings proceeds to the local SUSAN G. KOMEN affiliate in that city.
