CLEAR CHANNEL/WICHITA OM LYMAN JAMES is exiting the cluster to work in non-radio positions with his church and family business.

That leaves the cluster seeking JAMES' replacement.  In an ad posted here at ALL ACCESS by JAMES himself, the stations say they need someone with successful PD or OM experience, strong leadership skills, multi-format knowledge (with proven success in AC and Country "helpful"), and "a passionate, positive desire to motivate and lead a team to success."
