GEORGE H. BUCK, JR. is selling his 60% of FLEUR DE LIS BROADCASTING, INC., licensee of Oldies WTIX-F/GALLIANO-NEW ORLEANS, LA, to 40% owner and station morning host MICHAEL A. COSTELLO for $550,000 plus repayment of $231,626.40 in loans, payable in a 3% promissory note less $12,000 cash deposit and filing fees.
In other filings with the FCC, AIRWAVES FOR JESUS, INC. is selling the construction permit for a new FM at ANTLERS, OK to OKLAHOMA CATHOLIC BROADCASTING, INC. for $6,000.
OHANA BROADCAST COMPANY LLC has applied for an extension of its Silent STA for KMKK-F/KAUNAKAKAI, HI due to technical issues.
And CROSSROADS INVESTMENTS, LLC has closed on the sale of Talk WBOW-A (simulcast of WIBQ (NEWSTALK 98.5), formerly Sports ESPN SPORTSRADIO) and Country WDWQ (Q102.7, formerly AC WBOW-F)/TERRE HAUTE to MIDWEST COMMUNICATIONS, INC. for $1.3 million.
