And BASE COMMUNICATIONS, INC. has closed on the donation of Country-Southern Gospel WFIC-A/COLLINSVILLE, VA to GRACE MISSIONARY BAPTIST CHURCH d/b/a GRACE CHRISTIAN SCHOOL.

Also, in a closing not yet reported in the FCC database, BACKYARD BROADCASTING SOUTH DAKOTA LICENSEE, LLC has closed on the sale of seven stations in the SIOUX FALLS, SD market to DUKE WRIGHT's MIDWEST COMMUNICATIONS, INC. for $13.35 million. The cluster includes Talk KELO-A, AC KELO-F (LITE 92.5), Active Rock KRRO, Adult Hits KSQB-F (Q 95.7), Country KTWB and Sports KWSN-A/SIOUX FALLS and Oldies KXQL (KOOL 107.9)/FLANDREAU, SD.  KALIL AND CO. was the exclusive broker for the deal.
