EMMIS COMMUNICATIONS has filed an 8-K form with the SEC saying that it has entered into amendments to its credit facility and note purchase agreement to allow it to buy "certain FM translators for up to $437,000 in the aggregate." The filing did not specify what translators are being purchased.
In addition, the filing notified the SEC of the election of SUSAN B. BAYH, GARY L. KASEFF, PATRICK M. WALSH, and JAMES M. DUBIN as directors.
