MARMAC COMMUNICATIONS, LLC is selling Adult Standards WSEG-A (STAR 1400)/SAVANNAH, Sports WSFN-A (THE FAN SPORTSRADIO 790)/BRUNSWICK, GA, and WFNS-A (THE FAN SPORTSRADIO 1350)/BLACKSHEAR, GA to SOUTHERN MEDIA INTERACTIVE LLC for $1.3 million.  The deal includes a time brokerage agreement before closing.

VERTICAL CAPITAL PARTNERS, LP is spinning two stations acquired in the NASSAU BROADCASTING bankruptcy deal, Hot AC WMOO (MOO 92)/DERBY CENTER, VT and Country WIKE-A/NEWPORT, VT, to VERMONT BROADCAST ASSOCIATES, INC. for $710,000.

ST. ANTHONY OF PADUA ROMAN CATHOLIC PARISH is selling the construction permit for noncommercial FM WWSA/GREENE, NY to BINGHAMTON public broadcaster WSKG PUBLIC TELECOMMUNICATIONS COUNCIL for $60,000.

MATRIX MEDIA, LLC is selling the construction permit for a new FM at SALINA, UT and its booster to SANPETE COUNTY BROADCASTING CO. for $66,000.

And DAVIDSON MEDIA has closed on the sale of Regional Mexican WNVL-A (LA NUEVA ACTIVA 1240 AM)/NASHVILLE to MARK JANBASH's TBLC MEDIA, LLC.  The buyer already programmed the station under a time brokerage agreement.
