VERNON R. BALDWIN, INC. is selling Contemporary Christian WWLT (K-LOVE)/MANCHESTER, KY to EDUCATIONAL MEDIA FOUNDATION for $500,000 in a promissory note. The station is an affiliate of EMF's K-LOVE network.
In other filings with the FCC, ARLIE & COMPANY is selling Oldies KLZS-A/EUGENE, OR to EUGENE COMEDY RADIO for $225,000. The station will end its simulcast of/LMA to crosstown MIELKE BROADCASTING GROUP Oldies KKNX-A (SOLID GOLD RADIO 84) with the new ownership.
LIVING PROOF, INC. is selling noncommercial Religion KJCQ/WESTWOOD, CA to CALVARY CHAPEL OF SUSANVILLE for $50,000.
JOSE ANTONIO AGUILAR has applied to extend his Silent STA for KGDL/TRENT, TX because the station "is still not able to adequately staff itself on a continuous full-time basis.
