  SIRIUS XM SATELLITE RADIO is targeting a large group of potential subscribers -- drivers with inactive radios. THE MOTLEY FOOL notes, "There are more cars out there with inactive satellite radio receivers than active ones, and SIRIUS XM RADIO wants to change that."
  The company will be activating all inactive radios beginning TOMORROW (11/15), and keeping them on through NOVEMBER 27th. Not all content will be available.
