The FCC has issued fines to four alleged pirate station operators in SOUTH FLORIDA.
Fined for operating unlicensed stations were BURT BYNG ($10,000, 107.1 FM, MIAMI); MCARTHUR BUSSEY.($15,000, 89.1 FM, FORT LAUDERDALE); MICHAEL WILLIAM DOWNER ($20,000, 101.1 FM, POMPANO BEACH); and DAMIAN ANTHONY OJOUKU ALLEN ($20,000, 101.1 FM POMPANO BEACH)
