Country Artists Win At 2012 American Music Awards

The AMERICAN MUSIC AWARDS took place in LOS ANGELES last NIGHT (11/18) and some of NASHVILLE’s artists were on hand to accept awards in the Country format.

LADY ANTEBELLUM took home the prize for “Favorite Band, Duo or Group” in the Country category. This is their third year in a row to win the title.

“Favorite Male Artist” in the Country category went to LUKE BRYAN, while the “Favorite Female Artist” was TAYLOR SWIFT (bringing her career total AMA wins to 11).

The winner for “Favorite Album” in the Country category was CARRIE UNDERWOOD, for “Blown Away.”
