Country Weekly Hires Jon Freeman As Deputy Editor

AMERICAN MEDIA INC.’s magazine, COUNTRY WEEKLY, has hired JON FREEMAN as their new Deputy Editor.

FREEMAN was most recently the Managing Editor at MUSIC ROW where he oversaw the publication’s web content and national radio chart.

"As a regular reader of COUNTRY WEEKLY, I am very excited about the opportunity to be part of the team that makes it all happen. I look forward to beginning this new chapter of my career and building upon the magazine's iconic brand," said FREEMAN

JON will report directly to the magazine’s Editor-In-Chief, LISA KONICKI, and Managing Editor, JOSEPH HUDAK.
