WXRT’s ‘ONXRT: Live from the Archives Volume 14’ Coming Soon

CBS RADIO Triple A WXRT/CHICAGO is gearing up for the release of ONXRT: LIVE FROM THE ARCHIVES VOLUME 14 TUESDAY, DECEMBER 4th.  And they will be having a special CD release party the following day featuring a performance by JD MCPHERSON.

Some of the recordings, which took place in the intimate surroundings of the WXRT air studio or at local concert venues, include ARCADE FIRE, THE SHINS, CIVIL WARS, DELTA SPIRIT, GARBAGE, THE WALLFLOWERS and MCPHERSON.

The charity CD will be sold at all CHICAGO AREA TARGET STORES. Proceeds from the CD benefit ROCK FOR KIDS (music education) and SARAH’S CIRCLE (a woman’s refuge).
