Team Casey James Remains In The Lead For 'No Shave November'

With only a few more days of competition remaining, “NO SHAVE NOVEMBER” has reached nearly 64% of its fundraising goal this year.

Music industry execs and radio personnel from across the country have been participating in the beard-growing competition that benefits ST. JUDE CHILDREN’s RESEARCH HOSPITAL. By competitively growing beards, the fundraiser has raised money through team and individual entry fees, from bids to force participants to shave, and by bids to trump those shave requests. At the end of NOVEMBER awards will be awarded in several beard categories.

The team leader throughout the competition has been COLUMBIA NASHVILLE artist CASEY JAMES’ team, “TEAM CASEY JAMES.” They hold steady in the lead this week having raised $6900 to date. In the individual category, MERCURY RECORDS NASHVILLE VP/Promotion DAMON MOBERLY remains in the lead with a total $3704 raised so far.
