TOM F, HUTH is selling the construction permit for a new FM at OLIVEHURST, CA to LOTUS COMMUNICATIONS for $700,000. The seller, who acquired the CP earlier this year for $45,000, is cooperating with the buyer in prosecuting an application to move the facility, at 890 AM, to a different site that covers the SACRAMENTO market with 10 kw days (the night pattern would come from a separate site with 480 watts and cover the immediate OLIVEHURST-YUBA CITY area).
