Dolly Parton And Blake Shelton Make TV Appearances

Legendary Country icon DOLLY PARTON appeared on the syndicated daytime talkshow “LIVE WITH KELLY & MICHAEL” YESTERDAY (11/28). In addition to promoting her new book, “DREAM MORE: CELEBRATE THE DREAMER IN YOU,” DOLLY showed off her quick wit in a rapid-fire question/ answer session.

When asked “What is the first thing you do when you get out of bed in the morning?” DOLLY answered “I put on my clothes and go home!” When asked what she wants on her tombstone, DOLLY replied “Pepperoni, onions, mushrooms …” and when asked “Are they real?” she said “Of course not! Do you think I could really grow my nails this long?”

Meanwhile, WARNER MUSIC NASHVILLE artist BLAKE SHELTON visited NBC-TV’s “THE TONIGHT SHOW WITH JAY LENO” last NIGHT (11/28) where he talked about his recent CMA wins and being competitive with wife RCA NASHVILLE artist MIRANDA LAMBERT.

JAY also asked BLAKE his thoughts on comedian TIM ALLEN hitting on MIRANDA to which SHELTON replied, “Well … he IS ‘TIM THE TOOLMAN’!”
