CAIN, the former GODFATHER'S PIZZA CEO and presidential candidate who has filled in for BOORTZ in the past, will be taking over the syndicated 9a-1p (ET) daily show, based at flagship COX MEDIA GROUP Talk WSB-A-WSBB/ATLANTA, on a permanent basis on JANUARY 21st.  He will be speaking to the ARBITRON Client Conference TOMORROW (12/6) in ANNAPOLIS.
