CENTENNIAL BROADCASTING has tapped radio veteran CHRIS ROTH will join the company as Dir./Programming for their NORTHERN SHENANDOAH VALLEY and NORTHERN VIRGINIA radio stations. He will oversee WINCHESTER's Hot AC WINC, as well as Rocker WXBN (THE BONE), Country WZFC (FRESH COUNTRY) and News-Talk WINC-A.
