CLEAR CHANNEL Country WEZL/CHARLESTON, SC has promoted morning co-host RIC RUSH to APD/mornings co-host. In addition to his WEZL duties, RUSH is also the afternoon-drive personality on AC sister    WXLY (Y102.5), and voicetracks shifts in CHARLOTTE, NC and GREENVILLE, SC.
