CLEAR CHANNEL has decided to change things, staff-wise at newly acquired Talk WOA-A/NEW YORK. FISHBOWLNY reports that middayer DR. JOY BROWNE is out after 15 years with the station, along with MIKE HUCKABEE's syndicated show and former NEW YORK Gov. DAVID PATERSON's two-hour show.  

Off-air cutbacks, including those impacting the station's news department, have also been reported.
