More Bonuses To Come

RADIO ONE has filed with the SEC that cash bonuses were awarded to CFO PETER D. THOMPSON and Chief Administrative Officer LINDA J. VILARDO.  Both received $250,000.

However, RADIO ONE's Compensation Committee did not yet make determinations regarding bonuses for CEO ALFRED C. LIGGINS, III or Founder CATHERINE L. HUGHES. It noted that their bonuses would be determined at a later date.
