POSITIVE PEAK RADIO & TV's A1R Psychic Talk Radio (Ask1Radio.com), a call-in interactive advice-based network, welcomes DUFFERIN COMMUNICATION's Dance Hits-formatted CIRR (PROUD-FM 103.9)/TORONTO, ON to its growing list of stations. CIRR will broadcast A1R Psychic Radio from weeknights from midnight to 3a.
