Sixth Annual Celebrate Freedom Fest In Atlanta On August 31st

Celebrate Freedom!

Thousands of ATLANTA area families will be descending on JIM R. MILLER PARK on SATURDAY AUGUST 31st as SALEM COMMUNICATIONS Contemporary Christian WFSH (104.7 THE FISH)/ATLANTA presents its annual CELEBRATE FREEDOM concert-festival event.

CELEBRATE FREEDOM is an all-day free family event featuring today's biggest rock and adult contemporary Christian artists, children's entertainment, rides and exhibits.

104.7 THE FISH is teaming up with SERV INTERNATIONAL and FAMILY CHRISTIAN STORES to provide this free event to the public.  The day will begin with the CELEBRATE FREEDOM RUN, which is now a PEACHTREE ROAD RACE QUALIFIER, and will conclude with fireworks after the concerts.

This year's concert lineup will feature THIRD DAY, SWITCHFOOT, FRANCESCA BATTISTELLI, LAURA STORY, MONTELL JORDAN & VICTORY WORLD MUSIC, FAMILY FORCE 5, ROYAL TAILOR, CAPITAL KINGS, MIKESCHAIR, LINDSAY MCCAUL, JASON GRAY, KINGSDOWN, 7EVENTH TIME DOWN and OTTOMAN TRIP.

VP/Operations MIKE MORAN explains, "This is the sixth CELEBRATE FREEDOM event we have had the privilege of bringing to the ATLANTA area.  Our 2013 event features some of the world's finest artists and groups in the AC Christian format.  CELEBRATE FREEDOM is a place where people can bring their families to enjoy a vast multitude of fun activities along with the absolute best free concert from these world-renowned artists."
