BARKER BROADCASTING WKLB AM is selling Country-Rock WKLB-A and W283AH/MANCHESTER, KY to SONSHINE BROADCASTING COMPANY, LTD for $75.000 plus a time brokerage/local marketing agreement before closing.

In other filings with the FCC, POSITIVE ALTERNATIVE RADIO, INC. is trading FM translator W254AZ/BELMONT, NC to CLEAR CHANNEL's CAPSTAR TX LLC for an eight year lease on the HD-3 channels of WBTJ/RICHMOND or WEND/SALISBURY-CHARLOTTE, NC plus a lease amendment.  The translator is listed as rebroadcasting Adult Hits WLKO (102.9 THE LAKE)/HICKORY-CHARLOTTE; the translator holds a construction permit to move into CHARLOTTE.

DAVID ERICKSEN is selling FM translators K296DW/LONE PINE, CA and K285CP/MAMMOTH LAKES, CA to GREG BOWLES for $10.

COCHISE MEDIA LICENSES LLC/COCHISE BROADCASTING LLC has requested Silent STAs for KXWY/HUDSON, WY; KXJW/NORTH ROCK SPRINGS, WY; KXWR/RELIANCE, WY; and KTWY and KWWY/SHOSHONI, WY while the company completes installing program delivery equipment.

NORTH TEXAS RADIO GROUP, L.P. has requested a Silent STA for KETE/SULPHUR BLUFF, TX while it replaces the station's transmitter, noting that the previous licensee had taken the station silent due to transmitter problems but it was discovered that the parts to fix the transmitter were no longer available and power had been cut to the site.  Power has since been restored to the site.  The licensee has also applied for a Silent STA for FM translator K265DW/MOUNT PLEASANT, TX while it arranges a new site.

MULTIMEDEOS RADIO OLA has closed on the sale of FM translator K290BO/LACKLAND CITY, TX to KEILAH RADIO LLC for $120,000.

And TERRY and MARY MAGDALENE SHELTON, LORETTA THOMPSON, and JAMES TAPP have closed on the sale of their interest in HART COUNTY COMMUNICATIONS, INC., licensee of Country WHSX (99.1 THE HOSS)/EDMONTON, KY, to DEWAYNE and CAROL FORBIS for assumption of debt and obligations.
