44th Annual GMA Dove Award Nominations

Nominations Announced!

The GOSPEL MUSIC ASSOCIATION (GMA) announces the nominees for the 44th Annual GMA DOVE AWARDS.  The show will take place on TUESDAY 10/15, 7:30p CT at ALLEN ARENA on the campus of LIPSCOMP UNIVERSITY in NASHVILLE.  It will be broadcast on MONDAY 10/21 at 7:00p CT exclusively on the UP! Television Network. 

Key partners were introduced including FOOD FOR THE HUNGRY, CATINAS RANCH, KIA MOTORS, DOVE CARES and HEARITFIRST.COM.  HEARITFIRST.COM will live stream the red carpet, pre-telecast and other non-broadcast show activities. 

Nominees for ARTIST OF THE YEAR are CHRIS TOMLIN, FRANCESCA BATTISTELLI, LECRAE, TAMELA MANN, and TOBYMAC.  

The nominees for NEW ARTIST OF THE YEAR include CAPITAL KINGS, COLTON DIXON, FOR KING & COUNTRY, RHETT WALKER BAND and TASHA COBBS.
