DELMARVA EDUCATIONAL ASSOCIATION is selling the construction permit for a new noncommercial FM at CALIFORNIA, MD to REDEEMER BROADCASTING, INC. for $2,500 down and an additional $7,500 if the station is built and an application for a permanent license is timely filed.

In other filings with the FCC, CURTIS MEDIA, INC.'s EASTERN AIRWAVES, LLC is buying the construction permit for FM translator W228CM/GREENSBORO, NC from WAKE FOREST UNIVERSITY for $125,000. BOB HEYMANN of MEDIA SERVICES GROUP served as exclusive broker representing the buyer in the deal.

CUMULUS LICENSING LLC has requested a Silent STA for KXPC/ALOHA, OR while it awaits a custom filter for the master antenna system.

COCHISE MEDIA LICENSES LLC has filed for a Silent STA for KRMK/LAS VEGAS, NM while the licensee "works to get permanent program delivery systems in place for several of its stations."

KWUD, INC. has closed on the sale of Country KWUD-A and K272EB/WOODVILLE, TX to GERALD R. PROCTOR for $100.

And LOPESTER BROADCASTING has closed on the sale of the construction permit for a new FM at WHITEHALL, MT to THE MONTANA RADIO CO., LLC for $22,000.
