NORTHEAST GOSPEL BROADCASTING INC. is selling noncommercial Religion WNGF/SWANTON, VT to CHRISTIAN MINISTRIES, INC. for $125,000.
In other filings with the FCC, GRACE PUBLIC RADIO is selling noncommercial KHJA/TATUM, TX to EDUCATIONAL RADIO FOUNDATION OF EAST TEXAS, INC.for $15,000.
RADIO ASSIST MINISTRY, INC. is selling the construction permit for FM translator W288CJ/OVIEDO, FL to SALEM's PENNSYLVANIA MEDIA ASSOCIATES, INC. for $50,000.
LAKESHORE COMMUNICATIONS, INC. is selling FM translator W259AO/SAUKVILLE, WI to TOMSUN MEDIA, LLC for $45,000.
And TEJAS BROADCASTING, LTD, LLP has closed on the sale of Country KOUL/REFUGIO-CORPUS CHRISTI, TX (now a Christian Rock AIR-1 affiliate) to EDUCATIONAL MEDIA FOUNDATION for $1.2 million.
Also, BEASLEY BROADCAST GROUP, INC. has closed on the acquisition of Adult Hits KVGS (107.9 BOB FM)/LAS VEGAS from BEASLEY Chairman and CEO GEORGE G. BEASLEY's GGB LAS VEGAS, LLC.
In a deal yet to appear in the FCC database, RESULTS RADIO OF SACRAMENTO, LLC is selling KMJE/PLACERVILLE-SACRAMENTO, which has been stunting in advance of a format change, to LOTUS SACRAMENTO CORP./LOTUS COMMUNICATIONS CORP. for an undisclosed price. KALIL AND CO. is the exclusive broker for the deal. "RESULTS RADIO is pleased to welcome our friends at LOTUS to the SACRAMENTO media market," RESULTS' JACK FRITZ said. "Our faith in SACRAMENTO is strong, and we remain firmly committed to the market and to our Classic Hits station K-HITS at 101.5 FM (KCCL)."
