MIDWEST COMMUNICATIONS Top 40 WMGI (MIX FM)/TERRE HAUTE taps SHAWN POWERS as Brand Manager.  POWERS was most recently with NEXT MEDIA/CANTON with previous stops in ROCKFORD and FLINT.
