Board Changes
ESPN Exec. Chairman GEORGE W. BODENHEIMER and MICROSOFT EVP/Business Development and Evangelism and former SKYPE Pres. ANTHONY J. BATES have been appointed to the board of directors of SIRIUSXM RADIO.
BODENHEIMER and BATES are taking the seats left vacant by the resignations of LIBERTY MEDIA VP ROBIN S. PRINGLE and LIBERTY MEDIA SVP MARK D. CARLETON.
