Nomination To Be Heard By September 18th
The SENATE Commerce Committee will hear MICHAEL O'RIELLY's nomination for the open Republican seat on the FCC on SEPTEMBER 18th.
The Committee will also hear the nomination of TERRELL MCSWEENY for Commissioner at the FTC. FCC Chairman-nominee TOM WHEELER has previously been passed by the committee and awaits a vote from the full SENATE.
