SYCAMORE VALLEY BROADCASTING INC. is selling Southern Gospel WQSV-A/ASHLAND CITY, IN to THUNDER BROADCASTING LLC for $100,000.
In other filings with the FCC, WILLIAM S. POORMAN (BILL SHIRK)'s HOOSIER BROADCASTING CORP. is selling noncommercial Religion WSPM/CLOVERDALE-INDIANAPOLIS, IN to INTER MIRIFICA, INC. (CATHOLIC RADIO OF INDIANAPOLIS) for $2.25 million less monthly payments made under the time brokerage agreement (aggregate with interest $2,291,750, of which $1,894,000 principal and $32,750 interest have been paid). The buyer has been leasing the station since MARCH 2004.
ONE MINISTRIES, INC. is selling K300AO/SANTA ROSA, CA to AMATURO SONOMA MEDIA GROUP LLC for $125,000. The translator will rebroadcast Talk KSRO-A/SANTA ROSA.
MAX T. NICHOLS is selling the construction permit for FM translator K222CC/MONTPELIER, ID to FLASH BROADCASTING, LLC for $6,000. The translator will rebroadcast Country KBRV-A (ELK COUNTRY 800)/SODA SPRINGS, ID.
COCHISE COMMUNITY RADIO CORP. has requested an extension of the Silent STA for KSFQ/THATCHER, AZ because "programming issues have not yet been resolved, but the licensee is well aware of the need to have KSFQ on the air by JANUARY 15th."
And MURRAY GREY BROADCASTING INC. has asked for an extension of its Silent STA for KVUW/WENDOVER, NV due to equipment malfunction.
Last but not least, MEDIA LOGIC, LLC has agreed to purchase KSTC and KNNG/STERLING, CO along with KNEC/YUMA, CO from ARNOLD BROADCASTING. Also included in the sale is a translator licensed to SIDNEY, NE for $750,000.
