FIRST VENTURES CAPITAL PARTNERS, INC. is selling FM translator K248AR/STANTON, TX to ICA RADIO LTD. for $50,000.  The translator will rebroadcast Talk KCRS-A/ODESSA, TX.

In other filings with the FCC, WORLD RADIO LINK, INC.is selling FM translator K239AF/BURLINGTON, IA to WESTERN ILLINOIS UNIVERSITY for $25,000.

SAJAK BROADCASTING CORP. is selling WTTR-A/WESTMINSTER, MD to HILLTOP COMMUNICATIONS, LLC for $325,000 ($10,000 down, $60,000 at closing, $255,000 in a promissory note).

SUNRISE BROADCASTING INC., RICHARDSON COMMERCIAL CORP., and CALESPINA, LLC are selling Talk KSNM-A, Country KGRT-F, and Top 40/Rhythmic KHQT (HOT 103)/LAS CRUCES, NM  and Regional Mexican KKVS (VIVA VISTA 98.7 FM)/TRUTH OR CONSEQUENCES, NM  to ADAMS RADIO OF LAS CRUCES, LLC for $3.963,625.

CORNERSTONE COMMUNITY RADIO, INC. is selling W295BQ/LITCHFIELD, IL to TALLEY BROADCASTING CORP. for $22,000.  The translator will rebroadcast Classic Country WSMI-A/LITCHFIELD.

TEXAS PUBLIC RADIO has requested a Silent STA for KTPR/SNYDER, TX due to transmitter problems.

CHRISTIAN FAITH CENTER OF THE VALLEY has filed for Silent STAs for KRBO/MILLERS RANCH, CA, KZAV/AVENEL, CA, and KRBP/ROCK CREEK, CA due to financial difficulties.

EDUCATIONAL MEDIA FOUNDATION has requested a Silent STA for FM translator K224DL/PORTLAND, OR while it finalizes a lease for a new tower site.

PITTMAN BROADCASTING SERVICES, LLC has requested Silent STAa for WOMN-A and WUUU/FRANKLINTON, LA while it moves to a new site.

THREE STATES BROADCASTING CO., INC. has requested an extension of its Silent STA for WHJC-A/MATEWAN, WV due to vandalism.

EAGLE BLUFF ENTERPRISES has filed for an extension of its Silent STA for KDFN-A/DONIPHAN, MO because it "has been underperforming in the local marketplace. The station is being taken off the air while various programming and operational options are considered."

ADX COMMUNICATIONS OF PENSACOLA has filed for an extension of its Silent STA for FM translator W293BA/MILTON, FL while it moves to a new location.

MY BRIDGE RADIO has closed on the sale of Contemporary Christian KHZZ/SARGENT, NE to MARK G. JENSEN's MID NEBRASKA BROADCASTING, LLC for $43,000.

SAND & SEA BROADCASTING, LLC has closed on the sale of Oldies KDUN-A (K-DUNE)/REEDSPORT, OR to CHARLES CONTRERAS' POST ROCK COMMUNICATIONS, LLC for $130,000.

LANE COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 4J has closed on the sale of noncommercial Classical KMKR/CANYONVILLE, OR to the OREGON STATE BOARD OF HIGHER EDUCATION FOR THE UNIVERSITY OF OREGON for $5,000.  The station simulcasts the buyer's Classical KWAX/EUGENE.

And RADIO TRAINING NETWORK, INC. has closed on the sale of FM translators W246CG/DURHAM, NC and W257CS/MORRISVILLE, NC to CAPITOL BROADCASTING's WDNC-AM, LLC for $450,000.  The translators will rebroadcast sister Sports WDNC-A (620 THE BUZZ)/DURHAM.

Also, NORTHPINE.COM is reporting that CLEAR CHANNEL Talk WHO-A/DES MOINES will be the station to rebroadcast on FM translator K229CC/WINTERSET, IA if owner FIRST VENTURES CAPITAL PARTNERS gets approval from the FCC for a move of the station to DES MOINES.  The move would put the 250 watt facility on a tower in downtown DES MOINES on 93.7 FM.
