Iowa Wild Hockey To Air On KXNO

IOWA WILD minor league hockey will air on CLEAR CHANNEL Sports KXNO-A/DES MOINES this season.  The two year agreement includes a minimum of 60 regular season games each season.  Former HOUSTON AEROS voice JOE O'DONNELL will call the AHL affiliate of the MINNESOTA WILD's games and serve as Director of Broadcasting and Corporate Partnerships.

“The KXNO partnership with the IOWA WILD allows us to use the many platforms of CLEAR CHANNEL MEDIA AND ENTERTAINMENT,” said CLEAR CHANNEL Regional Market Manager JOEL MCCREA. “In addition to 1460 KXNO, the WILD will partner with all of our radio stations, including our iHEARTRADIO brand.  Hockey is a growing interest and we want to be part of building the WILD franchise in DES MOINES.”
