TIM WARREN and ERIC DONNELLY of THE ALTERNATE ROUTES have partnered with their most meaningful collaboration to date. The duo from CONNECTICUT were asked to write a song for an organization called NEWTOWN KINDNESS, founded in the memory of CHARLOTTE BACON, one of the young girls lost in the SANDY HOOK TRAGEDY.
They came up with “Nothing More,” which was recorded in NASHVILLE with producer TEDDY MORGAN and features LILY COSTNER on background vocals. The song is available on iTUNES and 50% of the proceeds go to NEWTOWN KINDNESS.
The mission of the organization is to recognize and reward acts of kindness. "As basic of a concept as that is, it is extremely humbling and inspiring when you think of what that community has been through. We tried to capture the beauty of and simplicity of their message, and stay out of the way," said DONNELLY.
